The cookbook is presented in portrait and landscape format with step-by-step cooking instructions, shopping lists, notes and the ability to set multiple timers during any phase of the cooking process.
In addition, the cookbook offers insights on the hotel, destination and the distinctive nature and culture of the dish, further extending InterContinental's "In the Know" campaign.
