The "Family to Family" campaign reflects the family-ownned company's strong community and neighborhood spirit.

The campaign was introduced first through the website, quickly followed by social, mobile, crm and tradtional media. Social channels were integrated into the website to allow users to view, rate and share recipes and coupons, get tips on choosing produce, healthy eating, special dietary needs, and cooking techniques. Other features included an integrated shopping list, customized coupons, recipes, and online ordering of bakery and deli goods.
